Then join me to learn about intention candles and creating ceremonies, while we actually made a candle, set intentions, and burn them together!
we will use the moon cycle to our advantage, as well as colored wax, oils and herbs to add a little more directed energy to our intentions.
These are a very laid back gathering where we can discuss topics, share stories and encourage each other!
this month we will start by focusing on spring, and what we have harvested in our lives and what we are growing next. a little gratitude magic to add some oomph to whats next!

Everyone is affected by energy.
Although if you are an empath, or high sensitive person, you may be a lot more aware if this.
We feel environmental energy, the earth, the sun, the climate. We feel the emotions of others. We have spiritual energy that can effect some of us. And then of course, there is our own energy to deal with.
If you would like to understand some of the ways we can become empowered to protect, clear and be more mindful of energy, then this class is for you!
Discussion will include grounding, clearing and balancing our chakra's, energetic protections, crystals, clearing methods for home and body, and how to not lose your energy to others and to your own thoughts.
We will be doing some guided meditations to open up and discover the best way we can manage our own energy. Because this will look different for everyone. I offer intuitive guidance for each individual as needed during class.
We will also talk about somatic ways to regulate our nervous system, shake off energy and raise our energy.
Mind, Body and Spirit
It is a life changing to learn to mind your energy. And it's not something that is an all in one package. It's a learning about yourself and learning to trust you have the power to do this.

In this class we will talk about our intuition, how it shows up differently and uniquely for all of us, and we will learn to use cards and journals to begin to dig deeper into the mystery of us as humans. To see and love beauty and complex beings that we are.
We don't even need all the answers, because once we begin to heal and shift the underlying energy, we become more in alignment with ourselves, and then the other areas of our lives naturally shift to meet us there.
This class will focus primarily on oracle cards but we will also have a little introduction to tarot.
No experience needed.
Whether you are a beginner or already use cards and are looking for a way to deepen your awareness and use them more intentionally, there is knowledge to be gained from this class!
