Everyone is affected by energy.
Although if you are an empath, or high sensitive person, you may be a lot more aware if this.

We feel environmental energy, the earth, the sun, the climate. We feel the emotions of others. We have spiritual energy that can effect some of us. And then of course, there is our own energy to deal with.

If you would like to understand some of the ways we can become empowered to protect, clear and be more mindful of energy, then this class is for you!

Discussion will include grounding, clearing and balancing our chakra's, energetic protections, crystals, clearing methods for home and body, and how to not lose your energy to others and to your own thoughts.

We will be doing some guided meditatitions to open up and discover the best way we can manage our own energy. Because this will look different for everyone. I offer intuitive guidance for each individual as needed during class.

It is a life changing to learn to mind your energy. And it's not something that is an all in one package. It's a learning about yourself and learning to trust you have the power to do this.

Just bring a notebook and an open mind!

New Moon Intention candle class

Herbs, oils and wax candle, to select for your desired intention.
I also provide crystal boards and crystals to use during the ceremony.
(You can bring your own crystals as well.)

You will also be able to make one candle to take home as well for an additional $5

We will discuss intention setting,
Moon cycles and making candles and crystal grids.
You will leave knowing how to create your own ceremonies, custom to you, guided by your own intuition, as well as the beauty and power of taking time to sit in the energy of the changes we are bringing into our lives.

Each person receives one card pull with mini intuitive reading

Crystals available for purchase as well as bracelets, which can be set around the candle for intention setting.
Then you can wear them to carry that energy with you and remember to focus a little energy each day on your intention.

Please rsvp as going if you plan to attend.

An intro to intuition class to help you understand your own intuition so it can guide you!

Do you find yourself always asking others for advice or input?

Do you seek our readings to help guide you over and over only to find they often tell you what you already knew deep inside?

I believe everyone is intuitive and can be their own guides in life!

I am passionate about helping others learn to trust their own knowing.
Furthermore, I can help you to understand how it is that you personally receive information from spirit and your higher self.

Learning to trust yourself, or, even harder, to discern what you are feeling from what you are knowing is difficult.
Especially when you have been through trauma.

But it's possible.
And if you are truly dedicated to working on yourself, I can help guide you to understanding and trusting your intuition.

What can learn to get in touch with your intuition help with? 

1. Anxiety
Being able to feel into a situation and not just use your mind to look at possibilities takes a lot of worry and fear out of the equation

2. Stronger relationship with self
When you connect with your intuition, you are really learning to understand yourself in deeper ways.
See yourself differently.
Understand how things make u feel, tune into your body and navigate your inner thoughts and clairvoyance

3. You will begin to heal
When you take this journey you will begin to see the patterns you use to make choices and keep yourself safe.
That will shift and so u will no longer need those patterns, and u will begin to shift out of them and heal

4. Empowerment
You will begin to feel like a powerful human.
It's a journey of self-exploration and love that will help you to finally put you first and set boundaries and make healthier choices for yourself.

5. Relationships
Understanding yourself better will help you understand others better. Once you see how your own patterns can get in your way you will see others patterns and have a deeper empathy and understanding for them.
You will also begin to find your voice and know your needs are valid.

This is an in-person intro class to understanding your intuition!

We will discuss the clairs, what they are and do exercises to help you understand which are your strongest.

We will learn to read cards intuitively so you can begin to build a dialog with spirit for your own personal growth and answers.

We will discuss signs and synchronicities from the universe and how to look for them and ask for them!

You will be given tools to begin your own journey to trusting yourself.

The class also comes with handouts to take home and make notes on as well as one deck of cards from a selection of my personal favorite decks.

Class will be about 3-4 hours located in Emmaus PA.
