My approach to massage is slow and deliberate. Created to work with your nervous system as well as your muscles, and ease them into a relaxed state. Using flow while addressing problem areas allows the massage to be effective, while relaxing at the same time. Modalities that I may combine are myofascial, craniosacral therapy, Swedish, deep tissue massage, and hot salt stones if requested.

My approach to reiki is a little different. Reiki is the channeling of universal energy, for the purpose of healing. I work not only in the energy field, but also into the body. Reiki can address areas that massage cannot. It is very helpful with chronic pain, arthritis, disc and spine issues, as well as bringing calm to the nervous system. A reiki session is performed mostly hands on and clothed.

This service offers the combination of Somatic Reiki and Integrative Massage together.  The session is guided by your needs, whether you want to relax, clear and reset or you have conditions or pain that is reduced by massage, but want the extra healing energy to reach places like joints or injuries. This is a good choice for those who suffer with chronic pain. Or those going through a lot in their life emotionally who need the nervous system reset with the energy clearing.

This specialized 2 hour session is composed of 45 minutes of somatic reiki and craniosacral therapy for a deep clearing and reset. Followed up with 75 minutes of a grounding full body CBD massage which includes all the integrative techniques plus hot salt stones at the end to clear and complete the grounding process. 

This specialized session is 3 hours long. It begins with a 45 minute consultation which includes an intuitive reading to provide guidance and reveal blocks, and body mapping to find where in the body my client feels these blocks.

45 minutes of somatic reiki to clear and balance your energy field, and energetically work on the blocks and energy stuck in your body. 

You get a short break before your grounding full body CBD massage with hot salt stones at the end to clear and ground in the new energy.

Intuitive Readings are a great addition to a reiki session. They are focused on your healing and growth, with spirit and the cards guiding me to what it is that will help you through whatever is going on in your life. We can also look at specific life areas and what the guidance is for those. Readings are done prior to your Reiki session.
